Mods Wont Download

I have had tModLoader for years now and have never been able to download Mods. When I go to download them the download screen flashes up for a second as if its about to dowload, then just goes back to the previous screen WITHOUT downloading the Mod. Please could somebody help. Thank you

Welcome to #support-forum. Before someone helps you, please first consult the information in #TML Troubleshooting Guide and try all the suggestions that might fit your particular issue, especially in the linked FAQ page.

If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on tModLoadertModLoader in the library, then hover over ManageManage and click on Browse local filesBrowse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-LogstModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the OldOld folder and drag them into this chat. Have you tried subscribing to the mods on the steam workshop instead?

Yes I have, they still don't appear on Tmod

It's Microsoft's .Net framework, TML is built on it and it requires it to run

Yes although you may need to reboot your PC after install, for it to be recognized

It looks like the only other people with this issue had to either disconnect from a VPN or do some port forwarding

It was in a different place on a different drive

Steam can't write to your G drive
