Suspected Phishing notice on /signup page of web app
There's a Suspected Phishing notice on my company's main application /signup page but not on the /login page. It stems from a false report from someone that we're trying to dispute.
"This website has been reported for potential phishing.
Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source."
I've provided SOC 2 Type II certification information to Cloudflare, link to our TrustPilot reviews and send two emails in response to this, one immediate email within 24 hours last week and a follow-up yesterday.
What are my next steps here other than just following up on email? I've tagged CF accounts in an X/twitter post as well and there are other people complaining about CF doing similar things to their sites or apps in terms of security responses.
