I wouldn’t cross out the “$800” in this pricing block - https://www.dropbox.com/s/1hlreqyqo44nafr/Screenshot%202017-07-27%2022.26.30.png?dl=0 It IS an $800 value, and typically you cross out things when they are no longer true (eg the price is normally $599, but it is now 499 so you cross out the 599). 2. There are basically only 2 packages that aren’t group discounts, and their price variance is massive. I have absolutely no idea how this affects sales, but maybe it had an effect? I doubt these two are major factors in your launch’s success/failure, but the pricing one might be worth looking into. [2017-07-27 10:33:35 PM] : File hidden by Slack limit [2017-07-28 12:58:15 AM] : regarding the packages, I’m well aware it would’ve been better to have a middle package with more stuff and talked about it on the channel a week or two ago. but, given the amount of time i expect to have over the summer, working on any additional stuff would’ve meant delaying the launch by months, so decided to go with it as is :slightly_smiling_face: [2017-07-28 01:47:40 AM] : Makes sense. I wonder if swapping the order would help - eg starting with the $39 book first. That said I highly doubt that would account for more than like a 10% variance in sales, so probably a red herring (at least right now).
