[2018-12-02 02:34:24 PM] : For those running a SaaS, how do you handle existing customers when you have a price increase? I’m going on my third price increase and still have people on the original plan. I’d like to bump them up to the 2nd iteration. I can’t automatically change the amount they are being charged. They’d have to cancel their payment and resubscribe. Some of them won’t do that but I have no way of knowing what the percentage will be.

[2018-12-04 08:37:54 AM] : Agree w/ Grandfathering. If they have do more work to pay you more they would probably rather not pay you. I think the loss of good will + people that churn out will end up costing more in the long run than the price increase will make you
