The context is that I've done a webinar, then emailed everyone to ask if they had any followup questions and if they did I've offered to collate these and share them back with everyone. I've had quite a few replies. I'm now wondering the best method to answer all these questions for everyones benefit. The obvious thing is to write them all out in a pdf. But some people have said they were embarrassed to ask during the webinar. Others have questions so specific that no-one else would be interested. I'm treating the replies like Safari data, trying to look at the worldview and bigger pains. What I don't want to do is abstract this so much that people don't think I'm answering their question. Ideally, I'd also like these replies to be articles on the site for others - who weren't at the webinar - to find. I'm probably over thinking this but if anyones got any obvious "Well I would obviously do ...." please reply in the thread. Thanks

1. write a straightforward PDF of all the questions / answers (including the "too specific" questions) and send it out
2. separately, write some articles on the site. Only answer the questions that you think are going to be relevant to a lot of people. 1 article per question, or maybe group a few questions together if they're very similar
