if the agent isn't h
[2022-01-13 10:16:45 AM] : if the agent isn't helpful after asking, I'd recommend talking to at least a couple of other agents. like most industries, you're likely to find a few lazy ones before you find a good one.

[2022-01-13 02:11:05 PM] : yeah, it's my least fav part of the business stuff, endless pits of "I don't know, and someone does, but I don't know who?"
having the right person there to guide makes a big difference. good luck.
[2022-01-13 02:12:54 PM] : it might help to look for categories that represent the work in terms of risks, rather than features. traditionally something like training, coaching, & professional education, stuff like that.
but ideally something that expresses that it's online and not in person, if possible.
[2022-01-13 02:13:22 PM] : in person tends to be seen as higher risk, e.g. someone slipping and falling at your in person workshop.
[2022-01-13 02:13:52 PM] : which is possible, but unless that represents a huge portion of your business proportionally it probably isn't worth classifying as a business risk.
[2022-01-13 02:14:27 PM] : vs a business whose main revenue source is, for example, in person conferences where that liability is much more real
