[2022-04-11 10:29:32 PM] : Btw, I just opened enrollment and I already learned a few lessons (mistakes):
• Using ConvertKit I need to MANUALLY schedule each launch email rather than put them in an automated launch sequence. The timezones are messed up and matching the intervals between emails (especially at closing where they're too close) gives me headaches. So the automation should come later.
• The course was for a small portion of my audience, but I sent the launch sequence to the entire list, so I only had 25-28% open rates and probably annoyed some subscribers with irrelevant content
• I think I may have made this a bigger deal than it actually is. I took the advice to increase the price of the product, but I think I should've gone through the volume route first because I can always increase the price later once I've updated it (and the emails) to a more polished version
• I may have made the product prematurely, because I have exhausted only a single watering hole using just a few keywords and didn't incorporate any of my survey data in doing safari

[2022-04-13 10:00:08 PM] : 100%! Still need to get better at Safari. Btw alex I'm taking really long to safari a single thread, and I have loads of threads (with a common theme) to process. Is it normal to spend 30 minutes on a single thread? My process is:
1. Safari
2. Then write "insights" after doing safari (common themes I've noticed, questions, things that confirm my hypotheses on the status quo)
3. Make ebomb
Just wanted to know how long each Safari usually takes. Not complaining here because it's high leverage :D
[2022-04-15 10:20:45 PM] : 30 mins isn't abnormal. Speed can come with practice.
An alternative is to timebox a thread to 10-15 mins per session and get as much as you can in a block of time, instead of worrying about how long it takes.
