[2022-05-02 06:12:48 PM] : Oh, sorry! Dayjobbed it for a bit.
I’ll need to clean up my definition here--it’s hand-wavey at the moment.
Previous audience was “individuals [probably devs] interested in working remotely” (which is now everyone & insufficiently narrow).
I’ve since spent a bunch of time focused on helping (still remote, if that matters) dev teams get deliberate around questioning what they’re trying to accomplish with their practices & to cut out what they don’t value. It’s been pretty hands-on but I strongly suspect there’s a lot of this that can be productized. So the audience is shifting from individuals trying to transition their workstyle to (probably managers?) people interested in improving how their team works together.

[2022-05-05 03:25:04 AM] : That's interesting Dylan. I also take work as a dev (freelance) and (having been using agile techniques for 20 years) often get asked to help them change the way they work. I've never thought of products that could help with that aspect of agile, it's an interesting idea. I'd be happy to be a sounding board if you need one.
