[2022-06-07 02:37:15 PM] : ouch, I just wrote a reply to someone in reddit. So much pain. It's interesting to feel different from helping people since I got started with safari. In the beginning, I used to feel the pain with the person. Of course, that wasn't effective. Now that I learned the difference between empathy and compassion, I can emphatize with their pain without feeling overwhelmed. That way, I can help them and not get derailed by the emotions.
