[2022-11-29 01:23:59 PM] : a note on #1: 170+ people (and counting) have signed up to take part in a free version of #1. that tells me that that service is something people are conceptually interested in. if that many people are willing to “pay” for the service with their time, i’m sure some are willing to pay for it with money.

[2022-11-29 02:56:23 PM] : One thing to consider when using the 170 people attending as validation: I wonder how many of these people were actively participating. I sometimes join online sessions just to listen out of curiosity. I often wouldn't pay for those though.
Not saying that this is a bad idea. I'm just questioning the assumption that these attendees pay with their time
