I think the difficulty is that job ads represent what they want (solutions) and don’t highlight the pain which can be used as direct messaging to those customers.
For example if I have a lead gen software and they’re hiring for a sales development representative, it would be golden to find pain in the job post itself and then do direct outreach with the PDF formula.
