Does anybody here ke
[2023-04-24 03:05:05 AM] : Does anybody here keep personal learning plans or growth plans? One thing I learned earlier in my career is that it can be helpful to have a "learning plan" to help shape some goals and direction for the coming 1-2-4 weeks, + 3, 6, 12 and 18 months. Its not something I have heard a lot of people do, despite me finding it incredibly worthwhile.
I'm asking because I was considering building a small software product that could help manage such plans, but I'm honestly not sure if its something that anyone does.

What pains does it solve and what is your Safari data telling you people want? Not something I've heard about before but the lovely thing about following this course is being able to have a warm feeling about what people need, before you commit too much time to making something like that.

Yeah, I'm not in this niche at all or having done any safari as its not something my audience talks about. It's more a personal pain that I have heard others have when talking face to face in real life. But "real life" feedback is discouraged by this course, so just gathering some additional inputs on the idea.
I know it is the wrong way to start entirely, so I'm not trying to think how it fits with the course, but mostly just taking inputs to see if I'm the only one experiencing this pain.
[2023-04-24 01:51:33 PM] : i don’t personally do that, and it sounds more like a fix than a pain to me, but i have seen learners express pain around there being too much to learn, wondering what order to learn things in, feeling overwhelmed, etc etc.
thinking about those pains and the idea of a “learning plan” as a potential fix, there might be some lower-effort formats to test with (ranging from an ebomb, to a series of ebombs, to a freebie PDF, to a live event, to a book or course, etc). And those could be treated like a ladder, too, moving up the ladder of complexity if the interest is there.

I was already thinking of baby-stepping it and just starting really small, most likely with a notion template just to test the waters.
My message here is also just to get a feel for how this topic resonates with people. You would think that people willing to sign up for and pay an entrepreneurial course, would be willing to plan their personal learning
