[2023-05-19 08:03:25 PM] : Lots of good thoughts here. fwiw I would share your concern about the smaller audience being less profitable, but I think that’s also me looking at it through the lens of building an infoproduct for beginners, and with the infoproduct being the only source of income. If you can target the more expert-level pains like forms/TypeScript/testing/etc I’d guess that would be “closer to the money”, and also I’d guess more likely to attract consulting clients than beginner-level “how to get started with Ember” stuff. The consulting clients can be another source of Safari too, from the reasons they came to you in the first place, to the problems you run into while working those projects. [2023-05-19 08:13:52 PM] : Thanks for chiming in. Yes, these are the same thoughts I always have. I tend to think about these topics you mentioned including testing, upgrades. So definitely aiming at the high-end spectrum of the audience. Another win while working at it is I get to sharpen my 30x500 skills. Also, solving these problems for the Ember audience won’t stop me to solve the same for a larger JS audience in the future, if i ever decide to go in that direction. Everyone struggles with forms, testing, regardless of the framework used. Of course, they all have their particularities, but they still work the same.
