Back in 2014 I launc

[2023-10-02 09:23:30 AM] : Back in 2014 I launched a small pamphlet in my then-relevant audience "League of Legends gamers", an audience I was deeply engaged within since 2011, and even contended amateur-professionally. That pamphlet made it to the top of a relevant subreddit, and to this day I am still getting weekly visits for people trying to access my website, trying to download that guide :eyes: While its not at all relevant traffic for my professional direction, it is an incredibly humbling experience, and a testament to what valuable content can do for us  (I just thought of this because a visitor, based on a screen recording, had a serious case of click-rage because the guide isn't available any longer :joy: )

[2023-10-04 04:05:58 PM] : I wonder what you think you could learn about that guide's success to apply to your current work? [2023-10-04 04:07:44 PM] : To me its definitely that writing long form or "blockbuster" content is certainly a way to go. That plus I seem to have a knack for teaching things to newbies  [2023-10-04 04:08:23 PM] : great lessons to takeaway! [2023-10-04 04:08:45 PM] : what else? [2023-10-05 06:50:03 AM] : Thanks for the input Alex :slightly_smiling_face: I honestly haven't spent too much thought thinking about it, as its not an audience thats relevant to me any longer or can even be used laterally. I think the "pain/safaring" came naturally to me back then because I was deep in the audience, so perhaps something to note that I already have a keen observation skill, which is helpful I suppose  Not sure if you are seeing something in particular that you're fishing for, but I think thats' about it for me! [2023-10-05 12:06:36 PM] : that's a great takeaway - that you already can do this! [2023-10-05 12:21:50 PM] : Yeah!!!! Excellent point!!:sunglasses::sunglasses::grin:
