Two things after yes

[2023-10-10 10:10:35 AM] : Two things after yesterday's <#C0603E381DG|oct9-hangout>: • we are gonna make this a monthly thing - next date to be announced! • I'm working on a way to organize the questions and answers into a sort of database that we can share and add to, that's searchable and sortable

[2023-10-10 10:22:12 AM] : Sounds good. Hope to make one in time. Was there a recording done? [2023-10-10 10:22:49 AM] : it was text only, so yes it's all recorded! [2023-10-10 10:27:48 AM] : This looked good. I missed the email though. Next time - enjoyed reading the text [2023-10-10 11:01:54 AM] : Samir check this thread, we tried sending this notice via teachable, and apparently some folks had those emails set to unsubscribe: https://30x500-academy.slack.com/archives/C0A68B9H7/p1696619432251809 [2023-10-10 11:02:03 AM] : betting yours is, too [2023-10-10 11:03:46 AM] : Oh ok. Just missed it on the email and in here. All good and enjoying reading the thread - its long! - so great safari for you there  Up for the next one. [2023-10-10 06:29:04 PM] : Was interesting to read through earlier thanks for this! [2023-10-11 08:47:52 AM] : alex are you guys set on keeping these text chats or open to trying next one as a real-time audio call? Could use something like Otter to generate transcript if the goal is to make it searchable/sortable afterwards but it’s like drinking through a straw to do this type of interaction via chat. I realize there may be other pro’s/con’s - just voicing my take and seeing if you guys are committed to keeping the chat format [2023-10-11 09:09:54 AM] : It's not a matter of being set on anything, and the choice isn't to generate transcript (we do that with Descript already) we're just working with our current constraints. Format may change! [2023-10-11 04:14:16 PM] : First time I joined a text-based hangout like this. I like it more than webinars because there’s no rush on processing what’s being said (have more flexibility for taking notes and thinking later).
