Hello,I was on the
[2023-12-11 10:16:24 AM] : Hello,
I was on the Ebomb the pain lesson.
That's when I got this idea: a way to narrow down the topic angle to make it more specific.
Using the links in the Ability Chain concept from Fogg's Behaviour Model.
There are five links in the chain: Time, Money, Physical Effort, Mental effort and Routine.
If we manage to filter the topic through one of these links, the topic will get specific enough. That is, cut down the required time, money, physical, and mental effort, while not requiring a routine change - through our fix. I think we'd have a workable solution.
I'll have to apply this idea to see if it holds up!
But, do you have any thoughts on this, friends?

I haven't read it cause I couldn't tell if it was sufficiently different from all the other habit books
[2023-12-11 06:24:19 PM] : The other habit books are (mostly) derivative of Fogg's work. So they may be familiar, but also less connected to the actual research!
[2023-12-11 06:41:18 PM] : Hmm, may be time to pick that book up :bulb: sounds like a valuable read. Both for getting customers to build a habit and to build a habit of serving customers
