Ross naturally does so many things the "30x500-way" and, when I get the chance, really enjoy working with him as a result. He shared this template with me before. Simple but effective. In our case here the most value is in the fix storming stage when you're filtering - it kind of takes that on to another level, especially once you're past your first launch and growing a little.
