I thought it might to be good to hear from other people how they've moved past that thought.

[2024-02-06 02:26:27 PM] : I've found the best way out of similar feelings is through, but I feel like this thought makes it harder for me to even brainstorm ideas. [2024-02-06 02:26:56 PM] : I've also seen people who seem very scammy (charging too much for too little, usually) and I worry about falling into that category. [2024-02-07 04:36:49 AM] : What pain have you found in your audience? [2024-02-07 07:53:49 AM] : I didn't launch anything yet but I wrote e-bombs on topics where I wasn't very knowledgable. I first did pretty deep hands on research (I was analysing how a popular library works) and got very knowledgable on the topic. Now, caveats: • research took several hours so those e-bombs took much longer than others. But I wanted to learn it anyway and it even got me a consulting gig, so I'm, happy with the investment. • The topic was very related to what I already know. I would feel much less confident if it was something way out of my comfort zone. But right outside my comfort zone is just right. It made me much more relaxed about the not yet defined product I will build, I am pretty sure I can get the knowledge in a reasonable time frame if I just do the work.
