[2024-04-22 11:52:58 AM] : Hi folks. I have an unusual refund request and I'm wondering how you would handle it. Someone from a small company in Hungary bought my product twice for two different team members, and used the PPP discount both times (40% off the first time, and 50% off the second). They are happy with the product. It fixed their issues for both people, but now they are requesting a refund for the second order because they "completely forgot that our license allows installations on 4 machines", and they "have very limited funds". However, the pricing page and license agreement clearly state that the allowance of 4 machines is per person. You can't buy 1 license and share it with others in your company. Each person has to buy their own copy, or if they have more than 4 people, they can buy the Team license, which covers up to 25 people. What would you do?

They decided to keep both licenses. [2024-04-23 10:55:32 AM] : i think you did the right thing here!
