[2024-05-19 08:54:25 PM] : I'll start. I looked at 3 groups in the following order and choose #1
1. Figma UI/UX Designers - Pro: already sold to them successfully and when things got stressful, I would just hangout with them (it relaxes me going to design events). Con: I don't get paid professionally for design along, but for building products. So it is a smaller part of my work. (read: imposter syndrom)
2. Next.js Developers - Pro: I use it every day and have been for a few years now. I used to mentor students and still do a guest lecture once a semester. Con: I've never sold a product to any devs and assumes low wiliness to pay (something I'd like to prove wrong)
3. Figma Plugin Developers - Pro: Spent a lot of time last 1.5 years diving deep into it and found the sharp edges to avoid. Con: same as #2, but also never seen a paid product for this group. Figma has amazing distribution like the early days of iOS apps, so this can be an opportunity as well as a drawback

1. Aspiring Product Managers. I've already mentored a few people that broke into Product Management successfully over the years, even before I even considered about entrepreneurship. I know this audience well, having experienced the journey myself without any mentor. Lots of struggles I can relate. Lots of aspiring PMs here in Vietnam (my country). Many of them are looking for PM jobs when graduated, or Covid forced them switch careers.
2. Junior Product Managers. I've mentored a few people like this over the years as well, all the way through their career paths.
[2024-05-20 11:08:56 AM] : Business owners with a WordPress site that need support/monitoring.
Many business owners don't have the money to hire an agency or have bad experiences with developers, I want to offer them a place where they can get the support they need for a monthly fee. Basic package with monitoring and auto-updates and a higher plan with 1 development hour included. I know there are a few already doing it in USA market, but not in latam
