How did I get here...
So, yesterday, my stepfather got mad and hardkilled my laptop inside an unrated game. Okay, normal thing, I'll just play the next day. Today I tried playing it, it worked until I joined a match and well... I didn't get more than 30fps. My client showed me 180fps, okay, after the match I reinstalled my graphics card drivers, and also changed compability to win7, and still, locks at 30fps. I went into lowest graphics setting, still 30fps. In Nvidia app I tried changing the max fps to 60, then turning off for the whole computer, but every time I go atleast into the range in valorant, my whole computer locks into 30fps. This doesn't happen to games outside riot client btw. Okay, I tried uninstalling vanguard and valorant, and well... it showed me that an unknown problem was there and to contact the support. I'm currently running antivirus, because that can also happen, but still, how tf is this possible?

My laptops specs are above 144fps in requirements btw
Okay, so i kinda solved it
By capping the fps ingame at 110 fps, it is now playable (for me), it is most likely since the fps jumped like crazy when playing, and that was what caused the lag
but still there are lags here and there
