Agent used up all of my credits...
Since it looks like there is no longer the ability to simply define max pages and page depth, I used the Agent to get content as it seemed like that was the only option besides listing every URL, and it ate up all of my credits in about 30 seconds. Not only that, but it sent me WAY over my limit, so when I tried to re-up, I still couldn't use the service, and to make matters worse, when I realized what was happening, I tried to stop the run, didn't see a button, closed the browser tab, and it still kept running. All told it ate nearly 10k credits. This can't possibly be working as intended...please help

Hey @Mottzerella,
[...] I tried to stop the run, didn't see a button [...]I assume you were running in playground ?
Yes I was running it in playground @Justin I just needed a quick set of markdown files
I also got this message:
Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, as we are a small team, we do not have the capacity to provide dedicated support to Free or Hobby plan customers at this time.
If you are part of an enterprise, please fill out our enterprise contact form to get in touch.
You can try scraping certain websites on our Playground.
We also have a Discord server for community help.
You can also upgrade to a paid plan here for support. Once you've upgraded, please send a new message, and your ticket will be answered by a human ASAP.
How is this acceptable when the service breaks completely?
I totally get your frustration, what markdowns do you need?
@Julian Flieller It was just some documentation, and I used another service to get them. But that's not the point, the point is that I spent $27 reupping my credits to I could simply use the service, a new feature effectively burned $60 of credits in the blink of an eye, and I can't even get support to respond to me unless I pay for an upgraded plan. @Moderator
I am sure they will get back to you soon 🙂 just give them a little time, they are probably very busy.
Hey! @Mottzerella Can you DM me the e-mail you used to sign up?
