Account Suspension for Rank Manipulation - Need Advice
I recently got suspended on my main Valorant account for "rank manipulation" and "suspicious shifts in unfair skill and play." I honestly don’t know what caused it.
I’ve had this account for over a year, and I’m the only one who’s used it. The only exception was about 8 months ago when a friend played one Premier match on it. Other than that, it’s always been me.
I submitted two tickets to Riot support. The first one got what looked like a generic bot response. For the second one, I tried rewording it to avoid that, and I did get a human reply, but all it said was that the issue had already been reviewed and closed. Still didn’t explain what actually triggered the suspension.
At the time I got suspended, I recently got immo on my account Shirkzy#00033. I had been playing pretty late the two nights before the ban — around 3 AM — and honestly, I wasn’t performing great. I was tired and tilt queuing. But I was still playing solo on my own account. I wasn’t trying to manipulate anything.
It’s just frustrating because Riot should be able to see in their logs that it was still me playing. Not every game is going to be amazing, especially when playing at that time. I put a lot of time into climbing, and it feels really bad to lose it all without a clear explanation.
Has anyone else had a similar experience or know if there’s anything else I can do to appeal?
