two questions
1: Can I change where LODS are stored? I have lots more storage in another drive
2: Why does the quality drop off so close?

What if you lower the drop off distance
And no you can’t change lod location
(this is called the horizontal quality)

wheres the option to increase that? horizontal resolution is already at a max for me
Increase your vanilla RD
LODs don’t have textures
You won’t get anything better then what you zoomed in to
As for the second question, a symlink folder might work, though IDK, there is no native DH way for sure

But that won’t lag my game because the chunk already rendered ? If it takes more gpu thats fine but if it takes more cpu I might have to keep it low
It will take More of both, you can decrease the simulation dostance to reduce the CPU load a bit
