bug issue

Hi i wanna ask question No more i went to chainsaw cave and i got it and i died and when i want to get my stuff i died again so i choose to start again mean { i played again in the same world but when i want to get chainsaw in cave i did not see it can u help me pls } ? that problem which i have Guys
