Intel I219-V and Bluetooth 5.0 dongle problem's.

Although the Ethernet port built into the motherboard works and the device is visible, it does not connect to the Ethernet network and 1 device is visible in Bluetooth but it does not connect. What should I do? and the operating system is slow to start and install separately.
