I did it keeps doing it
I got a screenshot of the errors (before I crashed)
Ok this time I deleted the old cache and optimized my world, but error still pops up.
If this world dowloaded or edited/made with worldpainter?
No. it's WWOO/Lithosphere
Might just be a bug on MC 1.21.5 due to soem internal MC chnages
Though it is the first time I see it outside of worlds corrupted by worldpainter
It would be best to go back to MC 1.21.4
Though people are playing with DH on 1.21.5 so it has to be possible
Try running only DH with no other mods
If that would work, the cause would be some 1.21.5 specific incompatibility, that will hopefully be fixed in the next release

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
OK so, it was my world it was screwed up, I think it got overloaded cause I could be adding mods every 20 minutes.
