Holes in held items
Most items held are having this odd issue where strips or chunks of pixels are missing. Uninstalling Iris fixes the issue. Mod list is also attached, thanks!

Never seen that before.
You sure this is caused by Iris and not other mods instead? Easiest way to check is by removing Iris and see if the issue goes away or no.
Might be the Modelfix mod you have 👀
It's unfortunately Iris, since removing it fixed the issue!
I did some testing and it wasn't Modelfix, instead it was Effective which makes sense I suppose!
Removing Iris does not fix the issue, therefore Iris is at fault?

With how many mods you have, finding out the combination that causes this issue would take a while...
