Still falsely banned for 3rd party apps
let me just start by saying it's the anti cheat ,vanguard I have the issues with there have been loads of people getting intouch for this exact same reason ,my home broadband was really slow ,so I went and bought a mobile router with receiver and when I plugged it into my ps5 and tried to play valorant it would come up with QUERY_EXEXUTION_ERROR so I sent a few tickets turned out I just needed to restart the bloody router then it was going fine for a while then out of the blue a red screen appears and I thought it was someone on the other team but it told me my account is temporary suspended for 3rd party apps i play 2 games on my ps5 and that's all that's on it .I've tried to sign in a couple of times over the past few days and it just says account locked with the usual bot answer ,I've put in multiple tickets and once they look over they say it's solved but also say they,ll get bk to me this was on the riot mobile site and beside it is what's coming up on screen now if there are any of you that have had the issue and got it fixed or are part of the riot or val team would much appreciate some assistance
