Backup from iOS not moving to Library folder
New immich user here, loving it so far, and so excited about the switch over from Google Photos!
It's possible i'm misunderstanding something, but I thought that after "backing up" photos from the iOS app.... they would initially be put in the "Upload" folder then after all jobs were done like generating thumbnails, etc... the originals would be moved from the "Upload" folder to the "Library" folder (in the format set by my Storage Template rules).
During the initial backup, all the correct folders (according to my storage template rules) were created in my Library folder, but the folders are all empty. All the originals are still in the Uploads folder organized in folders with random letters and numbers. (see attached image of the folder view).
Once all the photos were done being uploaded from my iOS device to immich.... lots of jobs were running, I let them all run.... but the Storage Template Migration job never finished. It always just said 1 active and like 2777 waiting. After waiting from a long time and looking at the logs (which didn't show any activity) I wasn't sure what to do and my photos were still in the Upload folder. I ended up clicking the Clear button next to the Storage Template Migration job. The job stopped and now whenever I try to start it again, it just says 1 waiting, then 1 active, then it finishes and nothing happens.
I am running immich on TrueNAS Scale and have mapped the Upload and Library folder to an HDD pool/dataset... and the rest of the folders are on an Apps pool/dataset on an SSD.
Attached is an image of the folders on Host (TrueNAS) and where they are mapped to in immich. I highlighted the Library folder that I mapped to the Library folder I created on the Host.
What am I missing?
How can I get photos from iOS to go to the folder of my choosing after uploading?
Thanks for the help!!!

Apparently it was a permissions issue where my Library folder was in TrueNAS so the Storage Template couldn't do what it needed to. I had to set the ACL Mode to Passthrough for the dataset that my Library folder was in. This was the post where I found the solution. https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/8389#discussioncomment-9513625
