Photos staying in upload folder, not moving to library

Solved🗄️Server❓QuestionI have an immich installation on proxmox as an lxc installed using proxmox helper script.
From UI side, it works fine, able to upload photos and see it from different devices. But I am trying to have the library folder to be on a truenas dataset ( mount dataset as nfs on proxmox host and then mount this this folder as library folder inside immich lxc).
Before setting the mount, noticed that photos uploaded are staying in upload folder itself and does not move to library folder at all ( Waited few hours to see if it would move, it did not).
Is this how its supposed to be or something is broken?
