Jeans Fit Check And Some Recommendations

So after a long time these are my first pair of jeans that don't have weird waist and thigh ratios. I feel like they are a tad bit tight? Maybe sizing up would help since the waist already fits or should change the cut? These are Gas jeans and surprisingly their quality is outstanding, the only nitpick is that their pockets aren't deep but maybe it might be fixable? Nevertheless, the second image is Gap, the waist is too loose and stretchy despite being 98% cotton.... The third option is Lee's rodeo cut which I don't have any idea about how they'd fit but these are 101 heritage collections and generally they are better than regular ones... But personally I don't like the wash.

It looks like you're wearing both pairs too high on your waist If that's where you want to wear your jeans, you need a higher rise

They are still below my belly button.

It still looks like they are hiked up too high, which is probably why they’re bunching up around the crotch

I guess then they might be low rise despite mentioning mid rise.

Rise is relative to your natural waistline, not your bellybutton

Thanks for the information. After looking at my body, i realised that i might need slightly higher rise jeans. Any recommendations besides 501? I'm not looking for anything premium but to give an idea my budget is $50-150.
