Setting a discord-activity from angular-app

I am wondering if it is technically possible, to set a discord-activity for users of my angular web-app? Is this technically possible?
What i would like to achieve is having users, which are using my webapp, and have their discord-accounts linked, showing a discord-activity which states "Is using XYZ" with the logo of my application.
