I wanted to use several things as references. The orange and blue colors basically and logically come from Goku's costume. The yellow trim refers to the signature yellow hair when they transforms into Super Saiyan. And I wanted to use the Omniverse design, because in the anime everything is a bit more "polygonal" due to the characters' muscles. And I used Heatblast as a reference because Super Saiyans have flame-like hair.
