Account Permanently Banned Mistake
I've been playing valorant for a long time, and I've spent a LOT of money on it, I really like the game and I've spent a lot of time playing and enjoying it, but everything change 1 month ago, I bought a FiveM Program (really dumb of me) and I played FiveM with that program, after playing FiveM I wanted to play Valorant, but I was scared of getting banned or anything so I restarted my PC twice, i runned 2 AntiVirus so it would delete every file or anything so I wouldn't get banned, after that I hopped on Valorant, I played 2 custom games (1v1 with a friend to warmup) and after that I went to play ranked, first 3 or 4 rounds went normal but after those rounds I got kicked and Val 5, I got permanently banned for cheating, I'm being completely honest and I swear I haven't used anything on Valorant, if u check I'm not even decent on the game, I just play with some friends trying to improve, and I got banned (I guess) because of the FiveM program. I didn't even do anything related to Valorant and I got banned so I please want to ask you if you could check the ban or anything, I actually think that i should get unbannedcause ive never cheated/broken rules on Valorant. False ban would be something where a non cheat app was flagged.
First of all the cheats weren't event running, and second they weren't even valorant cheats

you'd have to convince a player support agent that the 3rd party software was for FiveM instead of valorant, I think the cards are not stacked in your favor unfortunately

How can I contact a support agent? Cause on the tickets on Valorant Support I get only answered by the AI and no one answers me. And can't they check my recent games and the game I got banned? So they can check I didn't use anything cause I'm kinda bad tbh ;(

Ok let me say this for the hundreth time, their policy for this is that once they review your case (which they do) and if they find the ban was rightly given, they close the ticket. that's it. You send ticket, they check, if its correct, they close. they won't tell you (often, sometimes they do)
so yes, a "riot employee" most likely HAS reviewed you ticket, THATS WHY IT WAS CLOSED
all the ones after that that were closed are (most likely I presume) closed as you keep creating endless tickets on a topic they already checked out for you
He only says "ban is correct" to everyone, I don't think he even looks at the bans, but I guess it's the only option
He looks at what caused the ban.

I would think (I have no fully accurate source but a second hand one so just for that sake) that it is quite accurate actually. Roughly 90% - 99% of bans are quite accurate or if they are not, it's someone else who hijacked the account

Nah, they ban for any program that does any type of "changes" or anything, 1 years ago I got banned cause I connected my phone to my PC mid game cause my phone was about to die

Yep so a lot of the time if you make a ticket (yes this is true sometimes vanguard flags for things that are not cheats) they will check it, and if it's not a cheat engine (ex discord overlay) then they will revoke the ban
I know one or two people who got theirs revoked after making a ticket and it being something they wasn't quite a cheat but just that

This is your issue i recently got permanently banned for cheats too even tho they weren't valorant cheats infact it was cheat engine which i used for fifa to make my player career better but they made 0 exceptions for me and i think they wont make any for you.

Just don't give up my acc was also wrongly banned, but riot support helped me and unbanned it, so if you really didn't cheat just give it some time
