Android Immich Mobile App not loading non-album photos and videos after Update

Server Version 1.134.0
Device Samsung S22 Ultra, Samsung- S9 FE
The long and Short version is immich android app is not loading any photos that are not in albums.
I can access these photos in the Web access.
Solutions or fixes that i have looked through Photos having dates going back to BC dated. I found 0 photos of Such problems.

I randomly made a album moved few photos into it (from web ui) and bam it loaded in the app in both the devices.
