Immich not uploading the remaining photos and videos

Hello!
I've encountered this weird issue where I can't upload the remainder photos and videos. I've already tried most tricks that people suggested (deleting the app, re-login, reset sql database, etc) and nothing worked.
In the logs I found this:
What is interesting is that this seems to only affect photos that we're saved with Viber and (old) videos from skype. None of these are from iCloud, everything is local. I've already tried searching github for this issue but only found two posts which have the same errors in the logs, but don't have the exact same issue (ex: https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/22572).
