One I forgot to raise yesterday during office hours @petebd, but are the daily workers-types releases even without any changes intentional?

The workers-types releases are bound to the workerd releases, which are currently daily. We could probably do some magic to avoid releasing if the generated files are identical the those already published.
Apart from the noise, is there a problem with doing these releases?
Not so much a problem as just noise and dependabot (etc.) wanting to upgrade this on my repos constantly
