Nuxt UI Pro Startup License
Hi there, I have a couple of questions before our company proceeds with purchasing the Startup Plan for Nuxt UI Pro:
- Are we allowed to change the developers over time (e.g., if someone leaves the team and a new developer joins)?
- Our private GitHub repository may occasionally have more than 5 collaborators. Will this affect the validity of the Startup Plan, or is the limit only applied to the number of developers accessing Nuxt UI Pro resources?

Hi @arorapranav187. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Here’s what the knowledge sources say regarding your questions about the Nuxt UI Pro Startup License:
1. Changing Developers Over Time
The documentation states that the Startup plan is best suited for small teams, startups, and agencies with up to 5 developers. The only difference between plans is the number of developers that can be invited to the private GitHub repository. When you purchase a license, you receive a license key and are invited to the private GitHub repository. If you have a license with multiple seats, you activate the license key for each member of your team. However, the documentation does not explicitly state whether you can change which developers are assigned to the license over time (e.g., if someone leaves and a new developer joins). Therefore, I cannot confirm this detail based on the available information License Activation License Plans.
2. GitHub Collaborators vs. Nuxt UI Pro Access
The limit for the Startup plan is described as "up to 5 developers," and this limit applies to the number of developers who can be invited to the private Nuxt UI Pro GitHub repository. The documentation does not mention any restrictions related to the number of collaborators in your own private GitHub repositories. The limit is only applied to the number of developers accessing Nuxt UI Pro resources (i.e., those invited to the Nuxt UI Pro private GitHub repository), not your company’s internal repositories License Plans.
Summary:
- The 5-developer limit applies to those accessing Nuxt UI Pro resources, not your own repositories. - The documentation does not clarify if you can rotate which developers are assigned to the license over time. If you need a definitive answer about rotating developers, I recommend reaching out directly to the Nuxt UI Pro team for clarification. ---------------------- Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon: ----------------------
