general musings and observations
- really good month for tailoring, be it conventional intentionally styled to be more casual (raisin, me x2, beans), less traditional tailoring worn more or less "as is" (crows, ebenzzz), or pseudo tailoring (pastrycuef, mika, me x2 lol). tl;dr wear a suit
- surprised at fewer short fits but there were several dress fits and also some randomly cold weather so i guess it balances out
- no one managed a t-shirt/jeans/shoes run to top-of, maybe for june?
- not a lot of love for fit battle crossposts; a pity given the high quality across the board but ig there's only 30 spots here
trend alert
- fully tonal (and particularly neutral) tonal fits; idt that's a trend so much as a common recognition that it looks good
- intentional wrinkling (jin, strum) or pleating (crows, giger)
- giant khakis (epi, jplicks, joel, me)
- fisherman sandals round 2 (elv, digs)
- "right shoe theory" aside from the aforementioned fisherman sandals; more or less there aren't any surprise footwear choices; pastrychef's tabis are the closest but also are neutral and muted as opposed to like, black
- neckerchief (pinkgreenblueorange, digs)
- graphic shirts (raisin, me, elv, joel)
- graphic bags (sibess, remy, Bellamy, me)
- giant crossbody bags (epi, strum, jplicks)

The level of the fits in this Discord is just insane right now. Just thinking back to the Reddit days how far we've come in a pretty short time. It's really crazy.
Also just want to single out @joan as somebody who I think poss banger or after banger, and doesn't get enough credit. Really strong blending, especially with warm weather fits.
