Email Verification Issue

Hi,

I’ve been in contact with support via email for the past week or so, but every time I explain the issue, the individual does not appear to understand the problem regardless of how many times I’ve explained it.

I’m trying to move my Google domain to Cloudflare’s free tier. In doing so, I used my Gmail that was created for Google Domains. However, I can’t access the emails for my Google account since I’m dealing with financial issues and Google doesn’t give out Gmail capabilities without a subscription to their business tiers on top of the DNS.

As a result, any verification emails are being sent to that Gmail account instead of my personal Outlook account. I can’t change my email address for my Cloudflare account since I need to verify the original email address in the first place, which I cannot access. I really don’t want to have to make a whole new Cloudflare account, that seems unnecessary.
