Reopened: Stuck with 41 pending photos to upload

I'm a bit stuck here, don't know how to solve this one without going deep into debugging.
Decided to drop it here as someone might already have solved this.
After a long time uploading 55k photos, I'm down to 41 photos remaining. I tried through the local network and over the internet, but they don't upload.
I see some logs that may be related.
I could try to run the app in development mode to debug anything if needed.
What I tried:
App: 1.134.0 build.208
Server: v1.134.0

- Disabling / Re-enabling foreground and background backups
