Creating an Oracle Cloud Forge server

I was following a YouTube guide on this, but turns out it's for Fabric, so I am a bit lost. I have an instance, managed to connect to it with Putty and FileZilla. Next step in the tutorial was to add the Fabric .jar file to the server files, but I can't get one from Forge. I ran the server Forge, got eula, arguments, all that, it's running, but I don't know how to continue from that point. Thanks for help! I attached my FileZilla view and the Forge minecraft server I got.
