Hacked/Locked account
Hi, my account was hacked into and the email was changed, I verified and currently have the account back but now I am not allowed to play for some reason (My account got locked) and I don’t know what I should do. Any suggestions?
I have already verified but I still am not allowed to play, if you know what I can do please let me know! And how long will this lock take to get removed (When can i play)?
The problem is I JUST GOT IT BACK and I am not allowed to play since so I didnt do anything wrong for it to be locked.

I told them my situation, my account was hacked into I verified with the relaxed chemist and got my account back. When i logged on it was locked, I gave them every information I could but they are still saying this isnt my account AFTER i verified with chemist
I wrote 1 page and a half of info and apparently its not enough
Okay so you made a ticket saying your account was locked, they asked you a bunch of questions to verify you are the original owner and either the information you provided wasn’t accurate or not enough and so since you can’t verify they close the ticket
The only way you’re getting that account back is by making sure the answers you’re giving them is accurate
And you need to make sure you have all the information they’re asking for
There’s some websites that’ll be able to tell you what you’re oldest skin is or whatever
I answered every question they gave me correctly, with thr same answers as what i gave to chemist and got verified for

use a website like valobox to see your inventory
and then look at ur gun buddies and see which one is the oldest and go with that
takes some detective work
but it’s better than not knowing
