Afert update to 134.0 immich_postgres container restart all the time.

I upgraded immich from version 132.3 to 134.0 I followed the changes given in the relase list to the docker-compose.yaml file
but the container: immich_postgres restarts all the time.
by running: docker logs -f immich_postgres
Using HDD storage
PostgreSQL Database directory appears to contain a database; Skipping initialization
2025-06-04 13:52:47.528 GMT [1] LOG: could not open configuration file "/etc/postgresql/postgresql.conf": Permission denied
2025-06-04 13:52:47.528 GMT [1] FATAL: configuration file "/etc/postgresql/postgresql.conf" contains errors
what can i do?
