Recently moved domain is returning a blocked screen from Cloudflare

We recently switched an existing website's nameservers to use Cloudflare. Now we're just getting the error screen: "Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access mediamatters.asia"

As far as I can tell, we don't have any custom rules, AI bot protection or anything else I could find turned on.

Any help is much appreciated.

Go to Security -> Analytics (left side, under your website in the cf dashboard), and then the top menu "Events" tab, and you can expand each block to see why

Thanks, I can't see any related events, but I think I figured out what the problem is. This is a site we inherited and the A records point to an IP address which looks like a Cloudflare IP, so the previous owner probably had the site Cloudflare as well.

ah yea the block page has cf-cache-status dynamic so it's not your configuration/being served by the "origin"/address you have it pointed to
