fps problem

hello guys, i have a problem on valorant and only on valorant is that i only have arround 150-210 fps while having an RTX 3060TI and a Ryazen 5 3600 32G ram ddr4 and 2T ssd, while my friend have arround the same set up he have 500+, what i have seen is that my gpu utilization is low like for 30 or 40% while in the lobby its 80%.
