Separate Windows partition gone from boot menu after Bazzite installation

I've successfully installed Bazzite on a 2Tb NVME drive. Additionally, I have a already running Windows installation on a separate 1Tb NVME drive. Before the Bazzite installation, I could press F12 when booting and choose the drive I want to boot from from the boot menu (had Arch Linux and Windows). After the Bazzite installation, I only have one drive to boot from when accessing the boot menu. My UEFI also only recognizes the "Fedora" drive. In Bazzite itself, I can access my Windows drive via Dolphin. I also tried to update Grub in hopes of being able to boot into Windows from there, but this was also not successful, unfortunately.
It seems like my Windows drive is not considered as a bootable drive anymore, but not sure how to fix it.
