hey guys rlly simple question can anyone assist me, when making a riot support ticket I have replied back to it on the riot support but it is not popping up as a reply, someone told me they hide your replies for security reasons is that true?

its not letting me see the reply that I sent to the riot support
that normal?

Could just be an issue with your email not displaying it, but if you’ve replied to their email then regardless of if it displays it your reply would’ve went through
You can always try signing out and relogging
