Email Address Obfuscation displaying [email protected]

I support a small charity and on their contact page it is showing [email protected] below the contact form:

Scrape shield is enabled with the email address obfuscation. Yesterday Cloudflare automatically made the SSL mode strict so I'm not sure if that is related. I have tried purging the cache.

Any ideas?
